Eatons Hill P&C
The Eatons Hill State School Parents & Citizens Association is about people – just like you – parents, caregivers, and community minded people who want to help their school. We work very closely with the school to build a stronger school community, where all children benefit.
The general aims of the group are to:
- Foster community involvement
- Provide an avenue for discussion topics relevant to school policies and students of the school
- Plan activities and social events to raise funds to support the school and its students
Come and join us!
Meetings are held every third Wednesday of the month during school terms at 7pm - 8:30pm in the Conference room of the Community Hall. Everyone is welcome to attend and it is a great way to find out about current and upcoming projects and how you can help the school to be the best that it can be!
Our recent Presidents Report is available here 180321 P&C Presidents Report. This report was presented at our Annual General Meeting on the 21st March 2018 and details the year past, and our plans for the year ahead. It also thanks all of those incredible contributors to our P&C. In 2018, we have a record 82 P&C Members, over 35 staff and incredible volunteers who help us do what we do - we thank you all.

One of the things that make Eatons Hill State School such a great place is our active, friendly school community. All of our volunteers are highly valued and very much appreciated as they contribute greatly to our success. Volunteering at school is a great way to meet new people, make friends and your kids get a kick out of seeing you at school. It especially shows your children the high value you place on their education.
We are now looking to recruit volunteers for 2018 and ask if you would be available to help out in the Uniform Shop, Tuckshop or School Banking.
If you could spare an hour or so twice a term from 8:30 to 9:30 or perhaps even 10:00am on a Tuesday or Thursday morning to assist in our Uniform Shop we would love to hear from you. Please contact Yvette at the Uniform Shop via email firstname.lastname@example.org advising your availability and contact phone number.
The tuckshop is looking for helpers every day of the week, especially in the mornings from 9am till after 1st break. If you can spare a day a week, fortnight, month or term the Tuckshop would love to hear from you. Please see them at the tuckshop or email email@example.com.
Our School Banking helpers meet every Tuesday 9am-11.30am in the Community Hall. If you can help please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Again if it is once a week, fortnight, month or term we would love to hear form you.
